Phase 1
Motion Present and the Direction of Ease

Overlooking the Coromandel Peninsula, North Island, New Zealand

 1-4 April 2022
Time: 13.00 Friday to 12.00 Monday

Phase 1 overview:

The biodynamic view of osteopathy recognises that the embryological forces, that created the embryo, are also the forces of growth and development and the sustaining restorative forces throughout life. Working with these therapeutic, homeostatic forces, the practitioner is able to observe the reorganization of the body as a whole, through the internal disengagement and transmutation within tissue, fluid and potency
Phase 1 will cover
  • Identifying osteopathic biomechanical, functional and biodynamic methodologies through: Start points and end points.
  • Motion testing vs motion permitted vs ‘motion present'
  • The physiology of the lesion field
  • Thoracic and Primary Respiration Biodynamic methodology of Patient's Neutral
  • Synchronisation with the Health
  • The prevention of side effects. Rebalancing
  • C.N.S embryological development, metabolic fluid fields, motion and function
  • Natural Disengagement within: Tissue –balanced Membranous tension (B.M.T) Fluid - Balanced Fluid Tension (B.F.T.)
  • Fluid fulcrums, Intra-osseous lesions and patterns of motion.
Osteopaths with an interest in communicating with the natural laws and inherent therapeutic forces within the body.
