Dr Brian Freeman PhD is the editor and translator of Dr Erich Blechschmidt’s last published book: The Ontogenetic Basis of Human Anatomy, The Biodynamic Approach to Development from Conception to Birth.

Honorary associate professor of the University of New South Wales

Dr Freeman taught all aspects of anatomy (macroscopic, microscopic, and developmental) to students in many different programs: medicine, science, ultrasound, biomedical engineering, etc.) from 1974 to 2008.

Dr Freeman was Director of Teaching in the School of Medical Sciences from 2001 to 2006 and is now a senior Visiting Fellow in the School of Medical Sciences , U.N.S.W.
