Phase VIII will cover:

Wholeness and the Osteopathic Philosophy applied through a patient with an osteoporotic spine

Neutral in the Whole, a journey back to Cause

Functional reserve and elevated allostatic load from chronic stress; exploring the relevance of osteopathic treatment to re-establish a state of rest (homeostasis) in the whole patient.

The physiological effect of the first breath on the whole patient

Biodynamic principles to assess the function of the central nervous system

Embryological development of the paranasal sinuses.

Paranasal sinuses endothelium; one unit of function. The clinical relevance in treatment.
Eligibility: Osteopaths with prior training in Biodynamics Phase I-VII
Course Fee: AU$1,000 (GST not applicable)

This course is a residential course held within the beauty of a 30 acres of natural bush land overlooking the coastline of the coromandel peninsula, with many varied and beautiful walks.
Accommodation and meals:
This is a residential course. Accommodation costs are extra to course fee and can be booked on line with Mana Retreat Centre
Twin-share room: NZ$110 per person per night.
Friday lunch until Monday lunch costs $370 (3 days at $110 + $20 extra lunch + $20 registration admin)
This includes all meals (which are vegetarian) and teas, use of library and sauna.
