Phase III will cover

  • The embryological dural development up to a full adult including the anterior dural girdle and its clinical significance. 

  • Diagnosis and treatment of intra-membranous shearing will be appreciated with the Long Tide.

  •  This course will also enhance perceptual skills to distinguish between periosteal dura, meningeal dura and CNS, by finding the presence of the Therapeutic Forces of the Long Tide in the lesion.
  • The principles of treatment and clinical significance of the peritoneal sac are discussed.

    The clinical significance and principles of treatment of the neuro-immune-endocrine connection and CV3 - the Bird- will be explored.

    The purpose of this program is to observe the laws of Nature at work throughout the body.
    The environment is set in quiet surroundings with a small group of participants.
    Time for rest, reflection and exercise is an intrinsic part of the program.
     

    Eligibility:
    Osteopaths with prior training in Phase I-II  Biodynamics or by permission of the course instructor

    Course Fee: AU$1250 (inc. GST)
    Deposit: AU$300 (inc. GST)

    Refund policy: Cancellations received 28 days before the start of the course will receive a full refund.

    The deposit will be retained and the balance returned if a cancellation is made less than 28 days before a course.

    CPD

    20 hours postgraduate education (Category 1) approved with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand

    Providing 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (20 hours CPD) for OBA in Australia.

    Phase III was previously endorsed by the AOA, from 2006-2011, when CPD was required for AOA membership. 

    Since November 2011, the Osteopathic Board of Australia (OBA) requires CPD for annual registration for osteopaths in Australia.

    A certificate of 20 hours CPD will be provided at the end of the course. This can then be presented, as part of your personal CPD portfolio, towards the OBA requirements of 25 annual hours of self directed CPD.

    The OBA annual 25 CPD hour requirement also includes 4 hours of mandatory topics approved by the Board.
