Course overview:
The biodynamic view of osteopathy in the cranial field recognises that the embryological forces, that created the embryo, are also the forces of growth and development and the sustaining restorative forces throughout life. Working with these therapeutic, homeostatic forces, the practitioner is able to observe the reorganization of the body as a whole, through the internal disengagement and transmutation within tissue, fluid and potency
Phase I will cover
- Identifying osteopathic OCF biomechanical, functional and biodynamic methodologies through: Start points and end points.
- Motion testing vs motion permitted vs ‘motion present’ Thoracic and Primary Respiration Biodynamic methodology of Patient’s Neutral
- C.N.S embryological development, metabolic fluid fields, motion and function
- Natural Disengagement within: Tissue –balanced Membranous tension (B.M.T) Fluid - Balanced Fluid Tension (B.F.T.)
- Fluid fulcrums Intra-osseous patterns of motion.
